How do I import a program?
Tap the import button on the programs screen. Paste your program text from any source — spreadsheet, PDF, notes, a coach's email — and the AI will parse it into a structured format.
Where is my data stored?
Your data is stored on your device. Pro subscribers also get automatic cloud backups, so your programs transfer if you switch devices.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through the App Store. Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device to manage or cancel.
I lost my data. Can you recover it?
Pro subscribers have automatic backups, so your data will restore when you reinstall or switch devices. Free users' data is only on the device and cannot be recovered if lost.
