Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing, or using Repstack (“the App” or “Licensed Application”), you (“End-User”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms” or “EULA”). These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Steven La Guardia (“Developer,” “we,” “us,” “our”), and not with Apple Inc. (“Apple”). The Developer, not Apple, is solely responsible for the Licensed Application and its content. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not download or use the App. These Terms may not conflict with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

Description of service

Repstack is a mobile application for importing, organizing, and editing structured training programs. It includes AI-powered features for parsing and modifying program content. The App offers both free and paid subscription tiers.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Repstack on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, subject to the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. This license does not allow you to use the App on any device that you do not own or control. The App may be accessed and used by other accounts associated with you via Family Sharing or volume purchasing, subject to Apple's applicable terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works of the App, except to the extent that such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

Subscriptions and payment

Repstack offers an optional auto-renewing subscription (“Repstack Pro”) available in two plans:

• Monthly: $3.99 per month
• Yearly: $23.99 per year

Repstack Pro includes unlimited programs, unlimited workouts, AI-powered program imports, AI chat editing, and automatic cloud backups. Pro subscribers receive a monthly AI usage allowance that resets each billing period.

Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the cost of the chosen plan.

Managing your subscription: You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time by going to your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. This must be done at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period to take effect.

Free trials: If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Refunds: All purchases are final. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy.

Price changes: Subscription prices may change from time to time. You will be notified of any price change in advance and, if required, your consent will be obtained before the new price takes effect.

Free tier

The free tier includes limited programs, limited workouts, and a small one-time allotment of AI chat actions to try the feature. Free users do not receive a recurring AI allowance. AI-powered imports are available only to Pro subscribers. Manual editing of programs and workouts is unlimited on all tiers.

Not fitness advice

Repstack is a tool for managing training programs you already have. It does not provide medical advice, fitness recommendations, coaching, or exercise programming. The AI features edit and parse content — they do not generate or recommend training plans. Always consult a qualified professional before starting any exercise program.

AI-generated content

AI features edit and organize data you provide. They do not generate training programs, make recommendations, or provide coaching. AI output may contain errors, omissions, or misinterpretations — always review AI-generated changes before relying on them. AI-generated content is provided without any warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. You retain ownership of the workout data you create and import.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the AI features for any purpose other than editing workout programs, attempt to generate harmful or inappropriate content through the AI, submit content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights, or circumvent usage limits.

Content you provide

When you paste or type content into the App, you represent that you have the right to use that content. We do not claim ownership of your content. You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to use any copyrighted material you import.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for your training choices and how you use this App. You agree to use it at your own risk.

Third-party services

This App uses third-party services to function:

• Anthropic provides the AI features. When you use AI import or chat, the text you provide is sent to Anthropic for processing.
• Supabase hosts our cloud infrastructure for AI request routing and Pro subscriber backups.
• RevenueCat handles subscription management using an anonymous subscriber ID.
• Apple App Store processes all purchases and manages billing.

Each third-party service operates under its own terms and privacy policies and is contractually required to protect your data in accordance with applicable law. When using the App, you agree to comply with any applicable third-party terms of agreement (for example, your wireless data service agreement).

Maintenance and support

The Developer is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services with respect to the App, as specified in these Terms or as required under applicable law. You acknowledge that Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App.

Your data

Your data is stored locally on your device by default. Pro subscribers' data is also automatically backed up to our servers. You are responsible for maintaining additional backups of your data. Repstack is not liable for data loss due to device failure, app deletion, or any other cause.

Warranty

The Developer is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed. Repstack is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price of the App to you (if applicable). To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty are the Developer's sole responsibility.

Product liability

The Developer, and not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the App or your possession and/or use of the App, including but not limited to: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the App fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.

Intellectual property

In the event of any third-party claim that the App or your possession and use of the App infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, the Developer, and not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from or related to your use of the App.

Age requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. By using the App, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the App is immediately revoked. Sections relating to disclaimers, limitations of liability, and your responsibility survive termination.

Legal compliance

You represent and warrant that: (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a “terrorist supporting” country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If a change is material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you (for example, via an in-app notice).

Apple third-party beneficiary

You acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. Upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.
